Personality of an individual refers to individual's characteristic patterns of thought, emotion and behavior, together with the psychological mechanisms which may be hidden or not behind those patterns. This means that among their colleagues in other subfields of psychology, those psychologists who study personality have a unique mandate to explain whole persons.


In some ways, we are all the same. All of us have the same human nature. We share a common humanity. We all have human bodies and human minds, we all have human thoughts and human feelings.
Yet in other ways, we all are completely different and unique. No two individuals are truly alike. No two individual can ever have the same experience of life, the same perspective, the same mind.

The compulsory physical training program emphasizes physical fitness, elementary knowledge in a variety of sports, and sports administration.

The physical training program at Doon defence Academy includes a combination of physical training, the building of physical and mental endurance and a fine balance of swimming training with some flexibility that permits cadets to pursue interests and aptitude in sports.
